Eckleburg: What drives, inspires, and feeds your artistic work?
Sandeep Kumar Mishra: Nature and beauty and simplicity .My work is artistic manifestation of my actual self and shows the heart for nature and its beautiful creations including human especially woman.
Eckleburg: If you had to arm wrestle a famous writer, poet or artist, either living or dead, who would it be? Why? What would you say to distract your opponent and go for the win?
Sandeep Kumar Mishra: Robert Frost or Thomas Gray.I can take them on both. I have in my poem Robert like actions of ordinary men; dramatic monologues or dramatic scenes come out of a knowledge of people, the rhythms of actual speech but also Thomas Gray like reflective, calm and stoic tone.I have swords in both hands.
Eckleburg: What would you like the world to remember about you and your work?
Sandeep Kumar Mishra: Remember a man with big heart
