James Shrader has returned after a long time away to his hometown of Buffalo, New York, where he teaches writing full-time, waits tables part-time, writes restaurant manifestos in his ever-diminishing down time, and gawks at his first child, a baby girl, all-the-time. He hopes to someday better manage his time. His poetry and nonfiction, if there’s a difference, has appeared in a few places, most notably The Doctor T.J. Eckleburg Review and Florida Review.
